By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions to the extent permitted by applicable law.

1. Our Services

Web Docter provides website-related services, which may include:

  • Business Website Development

  • E-Commerce Website Development

  • Blog Website Development

  • Portfolio Website Development

  • Landing Page Development

  • Online Course Website Development

  • Website Design, Redesign and Related Services

The features, pricing, deliverables and timeline for each project will be specified in the relevant service description, quotation, invoice or written project agreement.

2. Enquiries and Orders

Submitting an enquiry does not automatically create a service contract. A project will be confirmed once the scope and commercial terms have been agreed upon and any required initial payment has been received.

We reserve the right to decline requests that are unlawful or fall outside the services we can reasonably provide.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices will be communicated through our website, quotation or written agreement, as applicable.

  • Payment amounts and due dates will be agreed upon before work begins.

  • Additional features or work outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

  • Domain registration, hosting, premium themes, plugins, third-party subscriptions and other external services may involve additional costs.

  • Applicable taxes will be charged where required by law.

  • Work may be paused for overdue payments, subject to the project agreement and applicable law.

A service package includes only the features expressly listed in the applicable offer or agreement.

4. Project Timeline and Delivery

Estimated delivery times depend on the project scope, timely payments, receipt of content and credentials, and client approvals.

Delays caused by incomplete information, late feedback, additional requirements or third-party services may affect delivery dates. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate business information and project requirements.

  • Supplying content, images, logos and other materials they are authorised to use.

  • Reviewing project deliverables and providing timely feedback.

  • Maintaining the security of their accounts and login credentials.

  • Ensuring their products, services and website content comply with applicable laws.

  • Obtaining any necessary licences, permissions and registrations for their business activities.

6. Revisions and Additional Work

The number and scope of revisions will be determined by the selected package or written project agreement.

Changes outside the agreed scope, additional pages, new integrations or substantial design changes may require an additional quotation. We will seek approval before beginning chargeable additional work.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund requests will be assessed according to the agreed project terms, work completed, applicable third-party costs and relevant law.

  • Clients should submit cancellation requests in writing to support@webdocter.store.

  • Charges for work already completed and eligible non-refundable third-party costs may be considered when determining any refund, subject to applicable law.

  • Payments for work not performed will be handled according to the project agreement and applicable legal requirements.

  • If we cannot deliver an agreed service, we will discuss an appropriate remedy in accordance with the agreement and applicable law.

Nothing in these terms removes any mandatory consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law.

8. Third-Party Services

Our services may involve third-party hosting providers, domain registrars, payment gateways, plugins, themes, APIs and other external services.

These providers operate under their own terms and policies. We cannot guarantee their uninterrupted availability or control independent changes to their prices, services or policies.

Any ongoing hosting, maintenance, renewal or support services are included only where expressly agreed.

9. Intellectual Property

Clients retain rights to the original content and materials they provide, subject to applicable third-party rights.

Custom deliverables, reusable code, themes, plugins, fonts, stock images and other software are subject to the ownership terms and licences applicable to them.

Ownership and usage rights for custom website deliverables will be governed by the relevant project agreement and any applicable payment conditions. Neither party may use the other party’s protected intellectual property without the necessary authorisation.

10. Acceptable Use

You must not use our website or services to:

  • Conduct fraudulent or unlawful activities.

  • Distribute malware or attempt unauthorised system access.

  • Infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy or other legal rights.

  • Publish unlawful, deceptive or malicious content.

  • Interfere with the security or operation of our website.

We may refuse or suspend services involving prohibited activities, subject to applicable law and existing contractual obligations.

11. Disclaimer

We will use reasonable care and skill to provide the services agreed upon. However, we do not guarantee specific Google rankings, sales, leads, advertising approvals, uninterrupted website availability or particular business results.

Clients are responsible for reviewing their websites and ensuring that their business activities, content, legal notices and regulatory obligations are appropriate for their operations.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses where such limitations are legally valid.

Any limitation of liability will be interpreted in accordance with the applicable project agreement and relevant law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

13. Privacy

Our collection and handling of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy, available on our website. Please review that policy to understand how your information may be used and protected.
